All Intelligence Realm Inc. web sites have been established by Intelligence Realm Inc. and our Information Technology Department. In order to ensure a high degree of protection no third party has been involved in the web site development.

Protocols & Technologies
In order to provide the best protection against credit card theft or unauthorized access we are using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. SSL is an industry standard and it is successfully being used by banks and major corporations. When a user sends a payment request over the Internet data is encrypted and sent to our servers. Here it is going to be decrypted and stored securely in the database. Access to the database is granted only to users with a valid user name and password by authorized personnel. We are minimizing access to sensitive client information, like credit card numbers and personal data. All credit card numbers are encrypted using a proprietary algorithm and stored in the database in an encrypted form. Each financial transaction stores the IP address of the user that sent the request. That will help us identify potential fraud. We are also using the latest security and anti-virus programs. In order to minimize Internet attacks we are using the latest security patches for the operating systems. All Internet access to our web site is logged so that we can identify security breaches. All unnecessary server services are shutdown and removed from memory.
Data is being backed up regularly to prevent data tampering. User access is restricted to certain pages based on the account type and profile.
Server file access is restricted through the operating system security layer. A user name and password must be provided by technical personnel in order to get access to the operating system files.

User Access
Each user has to define a unique user name and password in order to have access to the database and credit card payments module. Users can retrieve their usernames or passwords by providing an answer to a personal question. Access to certain areas of the web site is based on account type. That will prevent unauthorized users that are logged into the system to gain access to information that doesn't belong to them.
